By accessing or using Postiqo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Postiqo is a web application that allows registered users to upload video files and publish them to YouTube via the YouTube Data API. The Service is provided "as is" for personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Postiqo. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Postiqo to:

  • Upload or publish content that infringes on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
  • Upload or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or harmful
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service in a way that could damage or overload our infrastructure

5. YouTube Content Policy

When you publish videos through Postiqo, those videos are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you publish complies with YouTube's policies.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the videos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Postiqo a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postiqo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or disruption of business.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, Irish law.
